Sheesh: Tampa Police Officer Shoots Armed Man In His Apartment!

A Tampa police officer shot a man who raised a gun toward him as he was responding to a call at an apartment complex. As The officer was talking to Liwag, he began aEURoeraising his gun toward the officers, forcing one of the officers to shoot him.
